Q. Returns / Refunds?
As all items are personalised and printed to order we are not able to offer any refunds. However if you have any queries or problems, please get in touch with us via the chat window or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customer care and satisfaction is very important to us, we will try our very best to help you with any issues. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any spelling errors, incorrect names or poor quality photo prints. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the sender. We will refund your standard postage costs upon proof of receipt - (1st Class Royal Mail only).
Q. How do I use a discount voucher?
All discount or promotional codes can be entered at the checkout. By entering a valid code into the discount/promo box and updating your cart, the discount will be automatically applied to your order.
Q. I want to order a large quantity, can I get a better price?
We have applied tiered pricing to most of our products. If you are looking for a large volume quote please email us or use the chat window/contact us form with the subject Large Volume Enquiry.
Q. Is my photo suitable for this product?
Please ensure that you upload the best picture you have for your chosen product. The clearer the picture the better the end result will be. When we review your order, if we think that your picture is not suitable for the products ordered, we will always get in touch with you via email to try and resolve the issue. We care about your order and want you to be satisfied with your super personalised product!
