Your order is prioritised and Royal Mail aims to deliver your items within 2 working days. Parcels are tracked and you will receive an email/SMS tracking link from Royal Mail.

For delivery to Northern Ireland and addresses in the northern parts of Scotland please allow an additional day.

We only ship to the UK. All our delivery times are for UK deliveries only.
As much as we would like to, we cannot guarantee the delivery times of DPD or Royal Mail. Royal Mail states that you must allow 10 working days for the parcel to reach you. If it has been more than 10 days since your order was shipped, please get in touch with us and we will contact Royal Mail.
